Convenient but beware

Very convenient and simple to use, interface is smooth.. From that point of view I would recommend, in fact it is so easy to use it is shockingly simple to build up quite a debt and once the ‘ no interest’ offer has expired then you will be adding interest, which builds up. This is where I start to see a problem. Paypal Credit is NOT a credit card, it financially behaves like a cash loan. Whats wrong with that I hear you ask, because it is a cash loan you CANNOT do a balance transfer to a credit card which has a more preferable (or 0% ) interest rate. The only way to reduce the interest being payed is to get a cash loan into your bank account and pay off Paypal Credit as if you are just making a normal balance payment. Interest rates on ‘cash’ loans are usually higher and don't have those juicy 0% introductory offers. Reviewed on: 17th June 2024
