PayPal is really good, very efficient and easy to use. If you have a query or problem their customer service is second to none. On two occasions we had to get our money back from dodgy sales and they successfully refunded our transactions with no fuss at all. Highly recommend PayPal to anyone. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I use PayPal for the "pay in 3"

I use PayPal for the "pay in 3" as it gives me a breather from bill paying. I also took up the offer, years ago, to buy Crypto and that is working out fine. All in all, I like PayPal Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

PayPal allowed a scamming website to retain my money...

PayPal allowed a scamming website to retain my money despite the fact that I demonstrated that I had been scammed. They blocked all my appeals after my first one. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Wholeheartedly recommend PayPal.

I have twice had issues with businesses that I'd paid using PayPal. PayPal fought my corner when those goods and services weren't as described and I got my money back. I'm not really much of a credit user but I have used PayPal Credit a few times to take the strain off one month into the next before I pay off, this has helped my credit score as well.
