Easy to use.

I've never had to use the PayPal customer service, so cannot comment on that aspect. However, I have always found it easy to use PayPal credit online and as someone who does not like doing financial things online, the website is usually easy to navigate. It is generally well set out and clear, so you can find what you're looking for and making payments is easy. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Paypal Credit Review

I have used PayPal Credit and other PayPal services for almost 10 years now, I have never had any issues. Any instances where I have had to contact customer services regarding refunds or payments, they have always been able to settle my issue within the same week, and at times within the same day. The new points scheme they have created for PayPal Credit and PayPal Debit is a nice incentive. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
