Easy to use but poor customer service

PayPal credit is useful for certain purchases and very easy to use. However I'm very disappointed with their customer service in other areas. I had a dispute with what turned out to be a rogue trader/scam, but PayPal sided with them despite clear evidence of mal-practice. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Credit options and customer service

Credit, and credit options (3 payments at 0%) is really useful for my budgeting. So fast too.when l recently thought I had been scammed, customer service was excellent. I had my money returned within a week. Just brilliant.a similar situation through my regular bank offered a minimum 3 week no guarantee. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
