Contacting PayPal difficult for deaf users.

Being deaf I find it very difficult to phone up and make contact with PayPal. A straight foward email address would be so much easier!! Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Overall good

Credit card is excellent it easy to make payment only slight issue I have is when making payments off my account it takes a while to show on the account paid on 6 June still not showing on the 9th Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

They're the best!!

I have been with PayPal for a number of years. I feel safe shopping online using Paypal. They respond immediately, and in a positive manner, to any problem that arises. Their app is simple to use. I find the 4 month interest free credit particularly helpful. They provide clear contact details, which include speaking with a human, if required, a rare thing these days!!
