Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service. A payment was refunded by a seller but did not show on my PayPal credit statement. I have contacted PayPal on numerous occasions and they are unable and unwilling to resolve the issue. All the state is if the refund has been processed it would show on the account. I've stated I have email confirmation of the refund but they aren't interested and refuse to contact the seller to confirm what I am saying. Reviewed on: 16th June 2024
