PayPal is great for many things, it’s the one of the only services that I have found that allows buyers to transact across the internet using a method that can be trusted. I do feel that PayPal customer services can be lacking in knowledge and the ability to directly make decisions or action anything meaningful. I also find that the automated emails in relation to compliance etc are unhelpful and very vague, this is very frustrating and caused me to almost ditch PayPal for another service. Great all round provider

I use Paypal for many things, including most of my online transactions where paypal is offered, and also my credit card. I like that they have a points system (though this could be made better to reflect the 10x points you get for using the debit card). Pay in 3 is a great option for me to help spread costs of items that I want in the moment but need a little more time. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
