Good company.

I have had no issues with PayPal, customer service has always tried to help and resolve issues I've had with payments. Compounding interest is a bit high but they are a company. They do have a payent protection scheme which is good with t&c. I use them all the time for payments and also credit as well Very happy with them. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Really easy to use and widely available. Nice simple app which makes everything clear and easy. Only thing I miss is the old pay in 14 days option which was really handy around pay day! The buyer protection is really good too... a problem I had was swiftly resolved and very straightforward. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

I always ask people if they use PayPal.

Good overall experience I did have to call customer service about my business PayPal and was a bit of a hullabaloo but did finally get the answers I needed. Overall I do have a really good experience with PayPal I really like the assurance it gives when paying for items online and I have raised one dispute with about an un received item and as I had paid via PayPal when they intervened I was given a refund. I always prefer to send monies to colleagues for Gift collections via PayPal mobile and always ask people if they have PayPal. Less opportunities to be scammed online when you use PayPal. PayPal ensures bank account security

I use PayPal because I feel my bank accounts are more secure, not giving away my bank details when buying on line. I have used PayPal credit a few times when buying large value items, giving me 4 months to pay without interest. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
