Paypal is easy to use but has issues

Payments to PayPal take time to register with the bank. I have previously had issues with payments failing and although it was resolved it took some effort to be resolved. Calling customer services is not straight forward but this seems to be a problem with all banks. The app is not the easiest to follow or navigate.
