Brilliant credit service!

I’ve only said neutral for customer service as I’ve not had to use it. Really rate PayPal credit as so many repayment options with manageable way to keep interest to a minimum. Love pay in 3 and having 4 months interest free over £100! Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Confidence and flexibility

I always use PayPal credit, it gives me a chance to buy something extra if needed or when unexpected emergency expenses come up. It gives me flexibility regarding paying back, 4 months for larger buys is excellent time frame. I’ll always use PayPal credit over any other. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Long term customer

I overpaid into my PayPal credit and had to contact customer support to transfer the money back. Customer support were excellent but it would be ideal if once the credit balance is 0% no further direct debit payments are taken. I wouldn’t recommend PayPal credit to friends or family as I wouldn’t advise someone to take credit but I would say it’s easier to manage and more accessible than other forms of credit so would be a convenient option for someone who needs short term credit Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
