Simply the best!

Paypal have just sorted out a refund for an unauthorised purchas,their customer service is outstanding. It was quick, I was listened to, everything clearly explained and I felt so much better and less stressed within minutes of chatting to the CS rep. The refund was was sorted and actioned within 15 minutes or so of the call. I spoke with very informative, understanding and reassuring lady.
