Very helpful customer service

On several occasions I have had problems with my account but when I have consulted PayPal staff they have been friendly and helpful even if they have no direct solutions they have explained and signpost you to the right organisation. Fantastic service

I have used paypal credit for over 15 years and it is fantastic. It is so flexible, convenient and secure. I have used it for major purchases of almost £1000 and also for smaller purchases. The pay in 3 is another great option for spreading payments out in the short term. On the rare occasion that I have had issues with a seller , PayPal customer services have been readily available and sympathetic to my problem and have always been quick to rectify issues to my satisfaction.
