Convenient payments

Generally good BUT

Generally really good just missed a payment date twice years ago by 1 or 2 days and got marked down on my credit file which stays for 6 or 7 years. Felt a bit unecessarily punitive given the admin error - would make quite a difference to exercise discretion when applying late credit marker. Reviewed on: 1st June 2026

A must! Forever grateful!
