Easy to use

Great service

I initially was interested in PayPal credit to pay for a new phone. I rushed and didn't research enough into the phone I wanted and bought the wrong one. I talked to PayPal credit helpline and they were so great. They reassured me that my refund would come through quickly and that I would get the credit back just in time to get the phone I really wanted. I have nearly paid off all the cost and I'm happy to say I will be using the credit for big purchases in the future. Customer service is great and incredibly helpful. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

Great Finance Product of the Future

Overall, since having a PayPal Credit account, it has made doing transactions so easy. Especially doing it at places where PayPal is accepted as a method of payment and apply for instalment payments. In addition to this, the App is very convenient on making repayments, seeing what promotional deals you have and can try to manage your spending at a glance. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

PayPal- LISTENS, CARES & RESOLVES

I have never has to wait when calling. They explain any problems/issues and even when I was a little behind on one payment, they explained the time I had to resolve it (which I did) and this did not affect my credit file. They were professional and pleasant to talk to and not condescending. I also resolved a situation via the resolution centre in my favour in which the process was very easy to follow. Unlike some companies, I am never worried when I need to contact PayPal. Also unlike other companies, they do not bombard you with meaningless emails. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

I didn’t realise how easy it is to use Paypal credit.

I didn’t realise how easy it is to use PayPal credit. I don’t own a credit card so this is a perfect way to borrow small amounts with easy payments. And when I log on to purchase something and select PayPal it automatically shows me options of how to pay. Making my life so much easier at a click of a button! Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
