PayPal is secure and very reassuring. Since I have been using PayPal I have had no problem and have course to complain. It's customer service is excellent. One time that had issue with my payment and called the customer service, my payment was instantly rescheduled and I was duly reassured. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

I use PayPal for the security and protection

I use PayPal for the security and protection they afford me. I know that if an item is not delivered, miss sold, damaged or broken I have someone to call on to rectify the issue. When needing to contact them I have always been treated with curtesy and politeness. Their agents always make me feel respected and someone who is a person and not a nuisance.
