I only ever needed to contact PayPal Credit once for more clarity on one of their features. The representative who assisted me over the phone provided clear and detailed explanations. Transactions are easy and mean you are not revealing your bank details or card numbers to anyone. The 0% interest over 4 months is handy for larger purchases and make it easier to afford without paying the extra interest. Any queries I have had, have been dealt with at first point of contact. The staff took ownership and resolved any issues with an expedited and professional manner.
