I have used PayPal/ pay pal credit for a long time now and find it an excellent way to spread cost. Whenever I have any issues the customer service staff are excellent! Very attentive and cannot do enough for you. It’s my preferred way to pay most of the time. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

My experience with pay pal

My experience with PayPal has been mostly really good. It is one of those services that just makes online payments feel simple and quick. I have used it for shopping, sending money to friends, and even receiving payments, and it has always been easy to manage. I like that I do not have to enter my card details on every website, which makes me feel more secure. There have been a few downsides though. At one point my account was temporarily limited, and it was a bit stressful trying to figure out what was going on. It took some time to get it sorted, and I wish the communication had been clearer. Customer support was okay, but not as fast as I hoped. Even with that experience, I still use PayPal regularly. It is reliable most of the time, and the convenience really stands out. Great products, feels safe and reliable

PayPal feels reliable and feels safe and secure when I don’t want to give a retailer all my details and sign out as a guest. There are a great range of products and services. They always appear to be innovating and offering new products. They have made it easy to dabble in things like bitcoin (whilst still providing lots of information about why it is a high risk investment) something I wouldn’t have done through another service.
