I have never had any trouble with PayPal, the application is easy to navigate and straightforward. When I pay for services using PayPal, they have interest free payment plans and you can also see a clear payment history, which helps myself accurately track and monitor purchases. PayPal provides an excellent service to its customers.

PayPal provides an excellent service to its customers. In particular their PayPal pay in 3 services where you can split purchase cost into 3 equal payments without paying any interest. Easy to follow instructions each step of the way. Amazing customer service team who are happy to help if there are any problems and do their upmost to help solve them. Refunds issued swiftly. Excellent website which is easy to navigate and regular contact with customers to inform them about upcoming payments etc. All in all PayPal is an amazing services and I am really confident and more than happy with the services they provide. Unhelpful and difficult to trust

Initially I was really happy with my PayPal Debit card, particularly the points system. But shortly after I had a terrible experience that involved payments on my card that weren’t made by me being processed. Customer service was terrible and the issue was never resolved despite the fact that I wasn’t even awake or in the same country as when the purchase was made. Very disappointing and has destroyed my trust in PayPal. I use it for basics now as there’s no real alternative but would never get a debit card via them again. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
