Refund and business page

A while back I had bought an Item off Depop and was unfortunately scammed I contacted Paypal and they immediately went through the process of understanding the issue and getting statements, very informative very professional yet friendly, I was later issued a refund, as depop was being inconsiderate to my situation, another is allowing me to open a business account for my nail business, which enabled me to collect payments from clients conveniently and quickly the tax was not a lot and was at a fair rate which I really appreciate.
