Great option when it works.

Great option when it works. I was muffed on holiday and lost my wallet, phone etc. This meant some of my payments didn’t go through and I had cancelled the card and was waiting for a replacement. PayPal subsequently banned me from using pay in 3 and now that I am able to use it again, it won’t permit me to link my replacement card to the payment option which is really unhelpful Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

I have always had a very good experience with PayPal.

I have always had a very good experience with PayPal. The app is very easy to use and considering I have autism the layout and colours are also great. If ever I have had any issues the customer service/ response has also been really good. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
