There are no interest, setup or late fees for eligible purchases, and eligible transactions are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Each transaction is very simple and quick to set up, a great help to pay for the more expensive things. This is proving to be a very good alternative to using my bank card for payments. Another plus when paying online is that PayPal already have my address details which are used in the transaction - instead of having to fill in all the fields for an online purchase. I've not tried the new PayPal card yet but I'm looking forward to that, which has other extra benefits. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
