I have been a customer of PayPal for many years, but my most recent experience was for 4 Ethernet cables I purchased in April. I only got the chance to open the packages on Friday 15/05/2026, as have been really busy looking after my disabled Grandaughter for the last 3 months, on try8ng them, they were faulty. I contacted PayPal today 17/05/2026 & made a claim, the refund was in my account by 5pm. Thank you so much PayPal, I wouldn’t pay any other way. Reviewed on: 17th May 2026

Love PayPal. A couple of times I've been had by dodgy sellers and website. If im ever suspicious I always make sure I use PayPal as their customers services and ability to advocate on my behalf is second to none. Reviewed on: 17th May 2026

Every time i have a problem customer service takes care of it and it makes my life alot easier mentally instead of mental stresses , this is normally the case with other apps so i have chosen paypal alot more now and deleted other apps no more headaches. Reviewed on: 17th May 2026

Budget Friendly Pay and other purchases.

Use PayPal with ebay and other purchases. Also use Pay in3 for holidays and large household purchases. Great. Helps a pensioner like me to balance budget better. No interest pleases me so much! Reviewed on: 17th May 2026

Always use PayPal for overseas payments - not had any issues with PayPal disputes when required. Often quicker than the bank to resolve any issues. Reviewed on: 17th May 2026
