I was once a victim of identity theft, when someone changed my email and contact number for my paypal account. I hadn't noticed for a couple of days as it was over Christmas but one call to paypal and actually being able to speak to someone and not a bot to sort the issue was brilliant and swift. Easy, flexible and convenient

I love PayPal because it makes paying for things really easy and flexible. I can use Pay in 3 when I want to spread the cost, and I also have credit with them, which gives me another option when I need it.
