User friendly finance provider with common sense

PayPal are quick, secure, easy to use, and great value for credit to spread some of the more expensive purchases. PayPal are great when things go well, but when there is a glitch, I have found them to be fair and they use common sense. A Wi-Fi glitch meant that 2 or 3 payments were pending for the same larger item. As I didn’t have enough money in my account for 3 payments, the bank ‘helpfully’ froze my account. PayPal waited till I sorted with bank, didn’t charge me for the delayed payment, and overall were great. Overall I have found PayPal to be a great and user friendly finance provider, plus providing that extra layer of personal finance details protection. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

PayPal is my go to payment provider, its unique, very secure and you can see at a glance your purchases. I particularly like the ease of use. Simply click on Pay with PayPal and the App does everything for you, click agree and you are done. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

My experience was purely online for >£100 purchase. This is excellent and convenient way to spread the cost over three months. There should be more PayPal payment plans. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
