I've enjoyed the use of PayPal for many years I particularly like the added security of a purchase, being on a low income the pay in three service is invaluable. During my time usling PayPal I have used the resolution centre at least twice with positive outcomes. From my experience PayPal is an excellent platform for making secure payments.
