PayPal are very useful. They charge minimum interest and are very good at raising disputes and getting money back for you.They are a reliable way to pay for things and I always feel safe when I buy from them. Reviewed on: 17th June 2024

Great idea but let down by poor customer service and...

Great idea but let down by poor customer service and like an issue I've had before when I didn't receive an item Paypal refused to give me my money back so I had to contact my Bank who managed to retrieve my money from a scammer yet Paypal threatened me that if I didn't pay the money back into the account they'd issue a debt collection and it would ruin my credit score. So they don't really support anyone who has had to deal with companies that don't send goods out. Reviewed on: 17th June 2024

Pay in 3 is a great feature which has allowed me to easily spread the cost of products on many occasions. The best part is that there is no interest on these payments. One thing I would say is, please keep up with repayments as it can cause you to be penalised and also could affect your credit score. I will also say that PayPal are great at reminding customers to make payments and the customer service is great at helping customers with financial difficulties. Reviewed on: 17th June 2024
