Had problems with none delivery PayPal sorted it very quickly and money refunded. Love the pay in three always easy to arrange and website shows me the progress of my payments. All my purchases feel secure. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

PayPal is fantastic

I use PayPal for larger purchases that I can split into 3 making things manageable, so helpful in the current climate. I also had an issue with a delivery from external company and had used PayPal for the purchase, the process of submitting my claim and it being carried out was fantastic and so easy. PayPal is always my preferred payment method when online shopping. I love the fact that I can pay in 3 for bills over £20 most of the time, and it's interest-free. It makes budgeting a lot easier, especially on high cost items. I also like tje fact that if there's any issues with a purchase, PayPal have things in place to help resolve them. PayPal feels safe and secure, something which is vitally important in this day and age when buying online. Another feature I like is being able to transfer money easily to friends or family members - very handy if your banking app is down. Again, it is safe and secure. All in all, for me it's just the best payment platform out there with a fantastic app that is easy to navigate and offers a safe way to shop online. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026
