I sometimes find it difficult to navigate when I have an issue with a purchase and I need to make a claim against a seller but as its very rarely happened I don't see it as a major issue Reviewed on: 25th April 2026

Piece of mind when buying

Had a problem with non delivery of goods worth £400.00. Tried contacting seller with no response, spoke to PayPal and waited ted 72 hours for a full response from seller. PayPal replied with a full refund and advised that the seller was removed from any listings selling products. Reviewed on: 25th April 2026
