I have used pay in 3 frequently.

I have used pay in 3 frequently. I find this way of payment flexible and works for me in purchases that I may require a return and so I’m not missing the full amount from my bank account. I haven’t ever had to use customer services for this specific service so I can’t comment on it. However, in terms of value for money I’m not seeing how the service has a price, I understand the amount is ultimately a loan until full payment is made but this is not unheard of. PayPal Pay in 3 is a simple and useful way to split payments without interest. The setup is quick and works smoothly at checkout. However, it could improve by making upcoming payments and overlapping plans clearer to track. Overall, a handy budgeting tool. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
