Fantastic customer support.

I was once delayed with my payment as I did not realized at that moment that I unintentionally have edited my standing order, and then I received a customer service call reminding me of my due and giving me advice on how I’d be able to prevent that delay affecting my credit score and some other things that may help me dealing with my finances if i need to.
