I find PayPal to be a very convenient and reliable service for sending money to friends for a collective teachers present or a birthday. I also appreciate the security and assistance PayPal provides if I’ve had issues with a seller. Over the years there have been many. Including scam sellers and every time PayPal has always carefully considered my evidence and made decisions accordingly. The serve across the spectrum is professional and efficient. I have always been happy with PayPal 100%. Please keep actual human customer service personnel and please please do not fall into the AI trap that other large companies have. I can tell you know that people are losing trust in companies who are using AI to resolve issues and it ends up not being resolves at all. Very easy to use, I love the 0 percent pay over 3 months for more expensive purchases. I never had a single issue using it. Most companies allow you to pay using PayPal which speeds up the transaction. No need to add your address every time you buy something. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Utterly useless

I don't see the point in using paypal any more. The one time I try to use them for an important payment their automated fraud system blocks my payments and nobody at paypal can reset it. Having my photo ID, fingerprints, mobile number, email address, two security questions and two bank accounts registered with them clearly isn't enough security. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
