Great way of paying

I opt for pay in 3 whenever available ,it's automatically taken out of your chosen card automatically, no interest as long as you pay in 3 ,in my opinion it's a win win Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

I have been using PayPal for more than a decade involving hundreds of transactions with different businesses. In this time, I have found the purchasing transactions easy to complete, the phone app reliable to use, and the levels of security reassuring. In ten years, I have only once had reason to raise a concern with PayPal. I have been using PayPal for almost a decade, completing several hundred transactions with various businesses. During this time, I have found the purchasing process easy to navigate, the mobile app reliable, and the security measures reassuring. In ten years, I have only had to raise a concern with PayPal once, regarding funds taken from my account by a third party without my permission. I have been using PayPal for almost a decade, completing several hundred transactions with various businesses. During this time, I have found the purchasing process easy to navigate, the mobile app reliable, and the security measures reassuring. In ten years, I have only had to raise a concern with PayPal once, regarding a refund for funds taken from my account by a third party without my permission, but the position PayPal took was consistent with their terms and conditions. I find it easy to view my transactions in the mobile app and on my PC, and for more costly items have taken advantage of the 'pay in 3'. I am pleased with the easy setup of security for the mobile app or PC desktop access. This works well with 2-Step authentication, and I have never faced reliability problems with this. The PayPal desktop is set out clearly, and there is a good provision of information and advice. Unlike many other platforms, the log out of your account button is clearly displayed on your home page. The email correspondence from PayPal is helpful and not overwhelming. Whenever I have had to call PayPal to discuss an issue, it has been easy to get through, and the customer service agents have been helpful and polite. In ten years, I have only had to claim back money for a few items, and this process was easy to follow and clear. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
