It gave ME no pay in 3 for expensive product! !

The last expensive purchase I made for 100s of pounds you refused pay in 3. I told you but have not received ANY communication on that! I have never owed you anything. Why did you do that and today I ordered again over 50 pounds worth and there was no option for pay in 3 FOR ME again and I'm just in the process of introducing a new friend which I now can't do.
