Grab a bargain with PayPal in 3

I am a retired pensioner on a fixed income so having the opportunity to Pay in 3 without incurring charges enables me to take the opportunity of buying larger items if I see a good deal. I am very careful to manage my income effectively and remain in control of my spending so this benefit is really great and means I can grab a bargain when I see it. Who doesn't like that.
