If I have had to contact PayPal they are quick to respond and help, same goes for phone contact, they are quick to reassure you it can be sorted extremely helpful and polite. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Helped in a desperate situation

This has been an invaluable service, as my wife's car broke down requiring a new clutch kit. Due to the cost of living and our current financial situation we are on a very tight budget and couldn't afford the whole thing up front, but being able to pay in smaller installments has meant I could get the required parts to get the car back on the road, with the safety of the PayPal guarantee if the part was incorrect and needed changing/refunding.
