Cost spreading

Excellent service and excellent results if needed

I have used pay pal for years and have been very impressed with the service.When I've had a dispute with a seller or delivery Pay Pal has refunded promptly- if I can't use PayPal when I purchase on line I would rather not buy as I know i will have their backing and expertise if needed.
