Overall, highly recommended

The strengh of PayPal is not having to give numerous sellers your payment details, but just one, PayPal. The weakness of the PayPal system, through no fault of theirs, is loosing the purchase protection that credit card companies provide when payment is made through a third party. Apart from Ebay purchases, PayPal protection in my experience, does not compare with the best credit card companies. This is also affecting Ted by which parts of the consumer credit act that Seller's are signed up to. Overall, highly recommended! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
