A Big Help

Super Customer Service

2 years ago I had a. complicated refund issue, PayPal customer agent went beyond and above to give help me with my issue and provided me with all the info I need. I eventually managed to get my refund back. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Have always liked PayPay but current claim taking long

I feel safer purchasing with PayPal and they haven't failed me yet. However I have an open claim and it is taking a while to resolve, despite being straight forward, so I my mind may or may not change! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

A life saver for bigger purchases :)

I’ve used PayPal Pay in 3 quite a few times over the past year, especially when I’ve needed to buy more expensive items or had several things to pay for at once. I recently used it for clothing and holiday spending, and being able to split the cost into three manageable payments made a huge difference to my monthly budget. I like that there are no interest charges, the payments are clearly shown in the app, and everything is taken automatically, so there’s no stress about remembering due dates. As someone who likes to budget carefully, Pay in 3 has helped me enjoy life’s little extras without feeling financially stretched. It’s given me flexibility when I need it most and has helped me make purchases without the pressure of paying everything upfront.
