.Here is why I pay using PayPal

I had a problem with an online purchase. Despite following all the correct procedures and having proof of a return, the retailer’s customer service department were ignoring my communications and not taking any action to resolve the issue. I am so glad I made the payment through PayPal. They stepped in to deal with the retailer and I received the £51 refund that I was due. Thank you PayPal. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
