I like using Paypal as I know it is secure especially when you are buying online or sending some money to a friend or buying from an unknown business.I also like the fact that you can have Paypal credit which gives you 4 months interest free for purchases over £150. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Protection from bad sellers

I love PayPal - I had a bad experience with an eBay seller who went very quiet after accepting my payment, and never sent the item. When I reported it to PayPal, they did an investigation and refunded me the money promptly. Wonderful service! Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Easy but pricey

PayPal is perfect for shopping internationally or paying/getting paid people around the world. But It's not ideal if those are recurring interaction as it charges you with every transfer and takes time to deposit/take out the money. Some times those charges are unavoidable as e-commerce websites force you into a pay pal transfer and they don't usually provide alternatives. The amount charged for the service can be seen as unfair as well. Reviewed on: 5th October 2016
