Taking away The Worry

When the time came that I had to face up to my debt problem, I was recommended Payplan by citizens advice. I was nervous when I made the first call. I felt scared and worried that I was going to be judged but I needn't have worried. They held me by the hand, took their time to explain everything to me all my options and reassured me that they would find a solution for me. After that initial call, I had the best nights sleep in a very long time and I wish that I had contacted them long before I did. It would have saved me from so much worry and stress. I would say to anyone worrying about their debt to just pick up the phone, they know their stuff and will get you back on the road to a brighter stress free future. Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
