Payplan is amazing they helped me so much

Payplan is amazing , I was In so much debt and so depressed but Payplan were so supportive and said don’t worry we will help you all the way and get the debtors to stop pushing for money you don’t have and come to an arrangement and freeze the interest . When dealing with Anxiety, especially money related...

When dealing with Anxiety, especially money related Anxiety, PayPlan were there to help - everything could be conducted over Chat instead of the Phone, which really helped get my head out of the sand and get my financial situation sorted. The only areas I'd like to see them improve on is the website, which takes an age to load, and the mobile app which is abandoned. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Amazing Customer Service

As a recent client for PayPlan, I found the customer service amazing - those I spoke to were understanding to my situation, and I didn't feel any judgement for what can be a difficult subject to converse about. Payplan. Thank you for the stability

Last year i found support from Payplan thanks to my previous Bank. It wasnt only about paying affordable quote monthly but customer service advised to change a bank to reduce my spending. That was supper helpful because I didn't even know that my current bank exists. I am currently more than happy to cooperate with PayPal and my new bank because life is stressful enough and my financial situation looks more stable now than last year although I became a single mum since autumn.
