Seems like a scam to me

I tried to send money from Germany to my friend in India. The money never reached my friend. Contacted the support and after a lost of hustle to get our hands on the documents, which the support team wanted to have to start an investigation, they told us that the money is at the bank of my friend and provided us with data about the transfer. We took this information to the bank and they said they can not track the money with the data paysend gave us. I asked the support what to with the data, but they just ignore me now. Also they just close tickets if you don't reply within a few days, which can be inconvenient if the recipient needs to go to the local branch of his bank but travels a lot. Paysend money transfers suck big time!

I tried Paysend today. My money transfer was not available in El Salvador. Their customer service us horrible. It looks like they use they use AI for all customers complaints. I'm concerned that I may not even get my $20 back at all. I feel strongly that they are a scam.outfit from the UK. You have been warned! Stay away from them! Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

SCAM FRAUD

SCAM FRAUD ! SCAM FRAUD ! I’ve never had any problems before I used very recently to transfer money or saving THIS- I open the actual card and keep this card for my business and saving money , but week ago the are freeze card and keep asking me a stupid questions about why i am top up card for 150£ which is bloo”sy as” hole , why you interesting???? !!!!!, my ID where I’m working payslips and etc , which is non obligated for the bank to ASK !!!! Well I did provide all information about it , and card are still FREEZE !!!!! Customer service absolutely sh”T Hall !!!! No one say anything just - be patient and etc , so I’m already put application into Police and Complain centre , is it not 500£ is 3200£ which they wanted to still I assumed!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING NEVER USE THIS BANK ! I HOPE THIS IS C”NTS WILL BE IN A PRISON SOON!!! Reviewed on: 26th December 2023

Horrible service and not transparent about fees

Horrible service. Tools weeks to get approved. Then my credit card transfer to a friend's bank was refused. Customer service terrible...takes many emails for them to understand the issue. They said it was an issue with my credit card (Citibank) company yet my bank said they didn't reject it and it was the processing at Paysend. Paysend support didn't understand. I used another credit card and it worked (chase). However I notice later that for a 20$ transfer my credit card company charged me a 10$ fee as they said it is treated as a cash advance. Paysend is NOT transparent about this when you sign up or make the transfer and also charged a 2$ fee. Outrageous! Clearly a bad customer service. I'll close my account and look for an alternative. Strange bugs in the website, horrible customer support.

The service is a joke. I kept encountering weird embarrassing problems while trying to do a money transfer (e.g. rates in a totally unrelated currency, with no ability to change). I contacted support, Support always said "Your request was redirected to our IT department". I never received any solution from this IT department, but only encountered new kinds of problems on each attempt. Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

Payment

On the 3rd November I have waited for a transfer from paybis who sent the money straight back to paysend over a month ago I am still waiting for it Reviewed on: 6th December 2022

6 days long verification with funds frozen

Paysend freezes your funds for no reason and then spends 6 days "verifying" your details, stay away from this company. Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

They have stolen 10k

Never recommend! This company is SCAM!!!

I transferred $200 to my parents from my US account, but they never received it. This company is a scam! These dogs keep saying that the problem is related to the recipients' bank, while my parent's banks are two separate banks. They don't even have call center support, the ART is 4-5 days, and they never replied back through email. I will keep writing on every platform and hate it among all people. Do not use it! You will lose your money !!!

I decided to use Paysend because they offering a transfer to a bank account takes 3 business day. After I transferred the money, it turns out that it is not known when the recipient will receive it. 11 working days and still waiting!!! No support response! I lost time and money!!!
