Do not pay out in the event of an accident

We have the top tier insurance with Perfect Pet for our dog so when we needed to make a claim after an accident resulting in a broken leg we felt assured we were covered with our insurance policy. To our dismay they claimed we had not taken enough precautions to prevent an accident so declined our claim. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022

Thank goodness for insurance

My pup decided to eat his way through my laundry drawer, he brought back a couple of sports socks and i thought that was it but then he became really poorly. He had actually also eaten a bra and vets also found a golf ball which caused a serious blockage. The girl i spoke to on the phone was brilliant going through how to claim, as i was totally panicking at the time. Thank you Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022
