Worst insurance company ever!

Worst insurance company ever! Do not recommend them at all!! Declined my claim and keep asking for the same details that was already provided by the vets. Vets put a letter in place with full histology but they think they know better than vets and now even declined to review my claim. I asked them to provide me with the complaints procedure so I know when the time comes but instead they raised a complaint for me that I did not asked for and then straight away declined my claim again. Im going to the financial Ombudsman now to fight for my rights!! Not customer friendly at all! Please listen to the reviews and pay a little bit more but get better service from other insurance companies! Reviewed on: 1st November 2024

Customer service always good. Good value for money. Claim was processed quickly. However lots of small print for things not covered when making claims, which I’ve not experienced with other insurance companies. Took me off guard. Reviewed on: 16th October 2024
