Pock it blocked my money now for nearly 6weeks. Go to RESOLVER.They escalate it to ombudsman. [email protected] automated. No response.they dont reply on social media. Says account under review.no timeframe. Read T pilot reviews.shocking bad. Use resolver they give a date when they escalate it on your behalf. They faking gud reviews because bad are outweighing them. Same names on auto emails are on reviews. SHAMEFUL COMPANY. VIRRAJ jatania should be embarassed and possibly held to account. thousands of cutomers can't get access to their money. pockit limited frozen accounts even with customers getting benefits paid in by the uk goverment and as little as £40 on the card are being told "money laundering" - this company need to be investigated. the FCA regulate them but only want you to take them to the small claims court - i am doing this BUT pockit limited asked for a court appointed telephone mediator FIRST - i agreed and pockit limited did not answer the phone when called by the court so now my case is going before a judge. i am now getting messages from people who have had their accounts blocked and one woman has had a stroke because of the stress this company is putting her through - not everyone can afford the court fees so better would be if a journalist looks into this company and its dealings. 4 months late with accounts (companies house) and a self appointed CEO that is only down as one of several directors (they have a very large turnaround of "resigned" directors) and the secretary who doesn't even respond to special delivery letters! disgusting - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

No Access to £250 transferred into Pockit from my current account that bears the same name as Pockit

Beware. Liens not manned, just auto voice. No CHat - as they class my account 'locked' for no good reasons, yet it was not locked to accept monies. No response to my prelegal action. Unreasonable. Fraudsters. cannt log in to account to communicate via CHAt: ARE REVIEWING YOUR DETAILS SO YOU CAN USE YOUR ACCOUNT. AS EACH CASE IS UNIQUE, WE CAN'T PROVIDE A SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME FOR THIS TO BE COMPLETED, WE WILL BE IN TOUCH ONCE WE HAVE AN UPDATE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Account locked for no good reason, no response to any form of communication since 22/2/21 Zero customer "service" - large balance unavailable. Referred to Ombudsman (FOS) and FCA. Forced to assume direct fraud / theft, so referral to Police also. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

Been waiting for a refund since December, had an email on 5 Feb saying that payment had been processed, still waiting, had a complaint upheld against them, they even awarded me compensation, still no payment they wont reply to emails phone lines are closed, as far as i am concerned they are a gang of thieves and conmen Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

AVOID this company Just to give you an update I have been trying to contact Pockit for the last 3 months after they closed my account for no reason whatsoever after 4 years and although they have asked for and been given my details to transfer the balance of £555 back to my bank they have yet to do so 3 times they have told me it will be processed within 10 days and 3 months later still no money They reply to 1 in every 15 emails I send and all with the same excuse that it is being processed Trading standards are now involved and also the financial ombudsman Thankfully after contacting the Martin Lewis money programme they are showing an interest in outing this fraudulent company Check out their reviews on her and other google sites Please draw your money out whilst you still can their annual accounts haven’t been submitted they are obviously in trouble You have been warned Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021
