Excellent all round - my second year with Policy Expert

I first found policy expert over a year ago as the cheapest car insurance around. It was easy to apply and I was insured within minutes. Other insurance companies you are back and forth sending documents and they lose the items you send. With policy expert it is all online, as soon as you have your account set up you can add your documents online without hassle. When it came to renewal this year, I looked around and for the first time the insurance company I was with was offering the cheapest policy. For the past 10 years I have always had to change my insurance company due to extra premiums added for no reason, i have never claimed, had convictions or been in an accident. Policy expert did not do this and went down in price. As I said this is the first time in 10 years of me driving that this has happened and the first time I let the insurance auto renew. I am so happy with policy expert as they think about the customer. This is why I believe policy expert should win the award as no other company I have come across has been like them.
