Excellent customer service

I have comprehensive car insurance with Sure Thing. My car battery went dead while I was going to an address to meet a man with a van for single items removal. I am disabled and we were stuck on the side of the road in bad weather with our pet. The team was very professional and the recovery got to us and gave us a jump start. On the phone I was reassured that everything is going to be okay and it was. The insurance premium was cheaper and it also included a dash cam with memory card which gives me peace of mind.
