Easy to setup, but watch out for the hidden costs

Easy to setup, but couldn't make a simple change online (assigning new numberplate to my existing car). Instead had to make a phone call where they tried to sting me with a charge that wasnt representative of the cost of the actual work and cost involved. They agreed in the end to waive this, but this increasingly widespread practise is unacceptable. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

Easy peasy lemon squeezey

So after being with my previous car insurance they upped my insurance to a ridiculous amount I was wary of changing over as I has been with them for almost 6 years policy expert were fantastic no hassle quick and easy beat my currently price by £20 a month 10/10 service I have more cover than my previous aswell ! Quick and easy

I’ve renewed my car insurance with Policy Expert since 2021. They have given me cheaper renewal quotes than any of the others about and, when I needed to replace my windscreen, found them relatively easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
