Easy policy excellent cover

Was looking for home Insurance and existing renewal was extortionate considering there was no claim ever made. Found policy expert and their policies were easy to google and understand and the cover within each policy type was easy to understand. Key cover was excellent and easy to understand too. Just hope I never need to claim but if I do I hope it is easy and hassle free otherwise No recommendations from us. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

A fair & helpful company to deal with

Everything about Policy Review (PR) is easy. I normally shop around each year for home insurance because, as an existing customer, the renewal quotes with other insurance companies rose sky high. I didn’t feel the need to do so this year as, despite the rate of inflation at the time, PR’s renewal quote reflected a small but fair & manageable increase. The website is very easy to use and the insurance application was very smooth. I was with PR a few years ago when I was renovating my house and spoke with a very helpful customer service agent who advised me on what I needed to do by way of notification to PR of the work being done.
